Superior, Wisconsin-based attachments maker Exodus Global has appointed Mark Baltes as its new vice president of sales and marketing.
Baltes brings more than two decades of heavy equipment and attachment industry sales experience that spans product development, dealer channel expansion and guiding teams through major integrations across several industry acquisitions.
In his new role, Baltes will oversee growth initiatives in every Exodus Global brands, including ShearCore (Fortress), BladeCore, Connect Work Tools, OilQuick Americas and RockZone Americas.
Baltes also will lead the teams responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening dealer relationships and enhancing customer experience.

After graduating from college in 2001, Baltes began his career with Bobcat Co. as an attachment product representative and advanced there to account manager. In 2005, Baltes joined Dexter, Michigan-based Paladin Attachments, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, including after Paladin was acquired by Stanley in 2019 and became part of Stanley Infrastructure.
In 2024 after Stanley Infrastructure was acquired by Sweden-based Epiroc AB, Baltes served on the integration team, according to his new employer.
