Exhibit Sales Grow for ConExpo Russia

Event’s organizers expect to exceed sales goals for inaugural show.

 

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has announced that sales of exhibit space for ConExpo Russia are expected to exceed original goals.

 

Attendees of the inaugural show will find more than 30,000 net square meters of the latest equipment and technologies from leading manufacturers and service providers. ConExpo Russia will focus on innovative ideas for infrastructure maintenance, commercial development and new construction More than 180 companies have already signed on to exhibit, according to a press release from the show’s organizers.

 

ConExpo Russia exhibitors include: ALTEC, Amkodor, Astec, BAV, Becema, Caterpillar, CHETRA, Donetskii Excavator, DSTA, FKR Machinery, GAZ Group, JCB, JLG, Komatsu, Kominvest AKMT, KVINTMADI, Link-Belt, Manitou BF, Manitowoc, New Holland Kobelco, Pogruzchik, Terex, Trimble, Uraltrak, Uralvagonzavod, Vermeer and Volvo.

 

There is a growing demand in Russia for durable paving and new construction. A booming commercial market in Russia has increased demand for forestry equipment, and new possibilities are opening up for oil and gas exploration.

 

ConExpo Russia will also offer more than 20 educational session to meet the specific needs of the Russian and surrounding marketplace.

 

The event will be Sept. 15-18, 2008, at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow.
