EvoQuip, a global producer of compact crushing and screening equipment, has announced the launch of its first trommel screen, carrying the Osprey 616 model name.
The United Kingdom-based brand, which is part of Terex Corp., says the compact recycling trommel expands its product portfolio to provide customers with what it calls a versatile and efficient solution for screening applications.
EvoQuip says the Osprey has been designed with small-to-medium-sized operations with limited space in mind. The Osprey 616 can screen materials in composting, biomass, soil, gravel and other materials processing and recycling applications “with impressive throughput and reliability,” says EvoQuip.
The Osprey 616 comes equipped with a 180-degree radial fines conveyor, which EvoQuip says delivers “exceptional” stockpiling capacity.
The screen has a discharge height of up to 15 feet, 4 inches and its pivoting function can be operated via remote control while the machine is running.
“The introduction of the Osprey 616, the first trommel in our range, is a significant milestone for EvoQuip,” says Andrew Armstrong, an EvoQuip product manager. “We are thrilled to offer our customers the same focus on quality, durability and ease of use that defines the entire EvoQuip range.”
Continues Armstrong, “The Osprey 616 has a compact design and innovative features, such as the remote-controlled swiveling conveyor and compact transport dimensions to make it an ideal solution for businesses looking to enhance their screening capabilities in space-constrained environments.”
EvoQuip says the Osprey 616 is available to order for 2025 delivery, with additional information available from regional EvoQuip distributors.
