Environmental Management Solutions Inc. reported that its various divisions recently won about $8 million worth of contracts.
In the waste management and composting division, GSI Environment was awarded two contracts totaling $3.4 million for the supply of compost bags and the implementation of a new waste management technology for a landfill
WasteCo Environmental Services was awarded three contracts totaling $2 million for drilling-waste disposal, waste removal and site decommissioning.
And flagship company Sudbury Soil Treatment Facility received confirmation of $510,000 worth of deals to transport, receive and treat soils in southern Ontario.
In the environmental contracting division, K-Lor Contractors Services Ltd. was awarded $1.77 million for deconstruction, demolition, landfill maintenance and site services. And Cannington Excavation will receive $270,000 for site remediation contracts in the Toronto area.
