Charlotte, North Carolina-based eFactor3 LLC has named Bradley Donnelly as general sales manager.
Donnelly has 17 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry and previously served in sales and marketing roles at global equipment maker Caterpillar Inc. He also formerly served as an area business manager with lift truck maker Hyster Yale Group and, most recently, was a regional sales manager at Indiana-based Terex Advance, a maker of ready-mix concrete trucks.
eFactor3 says Donnelly has “an impressive list of accolades” that includes being part of a Caterpillar Minneapolis District team that won the company's Chairman Sales Award (top international sales award) and as “exceeding all sales goals while maintaining dealerships that were top tier in market share” during his time at Hyster Yale. At Terex Advance, Donnelly helped increase new customer growth by 25 percent during a 12-month span, according to eFactor3.
“What excites me most about working at eFactor3 are the people, culture, and opportunities for growth,” Donnelly says. “E3 represents top-quality products and manufacturers. We focus on partnering with our clients to add value to their business and recycling process through our innovative solutions. I believe we must look at all projects through the eyes of our clients.
“I am also passionate to be working in an industry that contributes to sustainable solutions for our environment. We must continue to work to protect and take care of our environment, so our children and grandchildren have a place to grow and thrive.”
eFactor3 offers equipment and systems it says can improve the recycling processes of companies handling plastic scrap and other secondary commodities. The company lists nine Europe-based equipment brands as its partners, including shredder producer M&J Recycling, conveyor and handling equipment maker Westeria Fördertechnik GmbH, sorting and separation technology provider Hamos GmbH and drying line provider Kreyenborg.
