Eagle Materials Inc. Announces Three Promotions

Eagle Materials Inc. has promoted three employees to new corporate executive positions:

Dave Powers has been appointed executive vice president – Gypsum of Eagle Materials. He was also named president of American Gypsum Co.

Kerry Gannaway has been appointed vice president - Gypsum Manufacturing of Eagle Materials. He is currently senior vice president - Manufacturing of American Gypsum Co. He also is on the board of directors of the Gypsum Association.

Keith Metcalf has been appointed vice president - Gypsum Sales of Eagle Materials. He was also named vice president - Marketing, Sales and Distribution of American Gypsum.

Through its subsidiaries, Eagle Materials Inc. manufacturers and distributes Cement, Gypsum Wallboard, Recycled Paperboard and Concrete and Aggregates.
