Dynamic Systems Releases New Tool Managing System

Dynamic Systems Inc., Redmond, Wash., a software developer specializing in data collection applications for the construction and manufacturing industries, has released the “Basic Tool Manager.”

The Tool Manager is based on bar code technology and is designed for contractors who want to reduce the loss of tools and save time tracking down tools for the jobs, the company says.

“I’m impressed with the simplicity and adaptability of your tool management system.  It’s affordable for all contractors, even those with just a few employees,” says Bill Allen, process consultant to the construction industry.

The company also says the new tool manager cuts down on the time it takes to check a tool out or in. Alison Falco, president of Dynamic Systems, adds, “Loss and theft of tools is a major overhead cost for the construction industry.  Our customers see a typical payback for the Tool Manager within three to four months.”
