DHG Inc., a private investment and holding company based in Fairfield, Ohio, has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets The Hydroseeding Company LLC dba Epic Manufacturing – a Greenwood, Delaware-based manufacturer of hydraulically applied mulch machines and straw blowers marketed and sold as Easy Lawn, Epic and Reinco brands.
Erosion Control Products Corporation, a subsidiary of DHG Inc., will be acquiring the assets. The transaction is expected to close by May 31 and Erosion Control Products Corporation plans to continue manufacturing and marketing Epic, Easy Lawn and Reinco brand products in Sussex County, Delaware.
