A&T Enterprises, a Georgia-based demolition firm, is seeking approval to put in a concrete crushing operation to supplement its demolition work in Hall County, Ga. However, before it can start the process, the company will need to receive approval from the Hall, Georgia County Planning Commissioners to have the facility rezoned from residential to heavy industry. The commission is expected to vote on the project at its next meeting, scheduled for Jan. 10.
According to local press reports, the company insists that the operation will have a minimal impact on the area.
While the Commission favored the project, the planning board voted to deny the concrete crusher.
