Dates Announced for ConExpo-Con/Agg and IFPE 2008

The next ConExpo-Con/Agg and co-located IFPE expositions will be held March 11-15, 2008, at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The shows are held every three years.

ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008 will be among the largest gathering places for the construction industry, and IFPE is a technical conference devoted to power transmission and motion control through hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical technologies.

Some 125,000 industry professionals from around the world are expected to attend the co-located events to comparison shop for the latest equipment, products and services; participate in targeted education sessions that increase industry knowledge; and network with peers and competitors to exchange information and ideas.

The IFPE Technical Conference will be held in conjunction with the IFPE 2008 exhibition and will focus on all areas of technology: research, design, new developments, materials and case history. The conference will include a new electronic controls symposium in addition to its technology and design program. ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008 will feature a comprehensive seminar program with sessions emphasizing industry issues and trends, management and applied technology.

ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008 is expected to attract 2,000 exhibitors using 1.88 million net square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibit space. IFPE 2008 is expected to cover 115,000 net square feet used by 500 exhibitors.
