D.H. Griffin, Greensboro, North Carolina has begun demolition of the former Charlotte Observer office building in Charlotte, North Carolina. According to a report in the Charlotte Business Journal, the building located on S. Tyrone Street is being demolished to make way for a future mixed-use development by Charlotte-based real estate firm Lincoln Harris.
