Dallas Contracting Co., Inc. has been awarded the demolition of the former GAF facility in South Bound Brook, N.J. The 11-acre industrial site, formerly used to produce roofing and siding shingles, is composed of more than 10 buildings and structures. From a redevelopment standpoint, the site is a designated Brownfield site.
The scope of Dallas Contracting’s work includes demolition of all buildings and structures including foundations, asbestos abatement, crushing of concrete, masonry and brick for future utilization as backfill and removal of debris.
