Contech Stormwater Solutions Makes Appointments

Contech Stormwater Solutions Inc., West Chester, Ohio, has announced that Frank Birney has been promoted to manager for the Atlantic area and that Aimee Connerton will now serve the Lower Maryland and Washington, D.C., area as a stormwater consultant.

Birney will manage a team of stormwater consultants who provide guidance and support to engineers, regulators and contractors in the selection and evaluation of stormwater treatment and detention/retention products. He has been a stormwater consultant since 1999 and has more than 14 years of experience in the environmental industry. Birney has a bachelor’s of arts deree oin psychology and management from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pa.

Connerton joined Contech Stormwater Solutions as an inside sales coordinator in 2003. In 2005, she was promoted to stormwater consultant in Virginia and West Virginia. She has more than 12 years of experience in sales and a bachelor’s of science in chemistry with a minor in economics from the University of Maryland in College Park.

Contech was created to offer the array of stormwater treatment and detention/retention products previously offered by Stormwater360, Con/Span and Contech Construction Products.
