Cogelme Introduces Metals Separator

Cogelme S.a.S., based in Italy, is highlighting a mobile separator that targets separating small-sized ferrous and nonferrous metals glass, electronic waste and other fine materials. The ultimate goal of the separator is to recover clean product, both inert and metallic, for further reuse.

The separation system combines a vibrating feeder with a magnet and a special capacities eddy current separator with a worm screw to a small, comfortable unit.
The system is capable of reaching a 95 percent separation purity level and more nonferrous metals extracted, with sizes as small as 2 millimeters.

The separator also is very mobile, with four wheels allowing the system to move easily from place to place.

The system also is compact, occupying less space in comparison to a conveyor installation. The separator also downloads material directly to the containers.
Cogelme has been developing and manufacturing eddy current separators for the recycling industry for more than 10 years.
