The Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska, is set to be demolished next week, a report from WOWT says.
According to the report, the first part of the structure set for demolition is the north side of the building. A project of more than $300 million is set to take its place. The project includes a large tower, office space, retail space and a civic component, such as a library.
