Cherry, a company involved in demolition, aggregate supply, stabilized products and road removal, has named Jay Marak corporate safety director. He will be in charge of overseeing the company’s safety department.
For more than 40 years, Marak has held executive and managerial positions in the construction industry -- particularly in the area of safety. His primary responsibility in these positions were to manage the safety program of the company, which he accomplished by conducting multiple safety training courses, and implementing new employment and company policies.
Cherry has been in business for more than 50 years.
