“I’m excited to have the opportunity to be a part of the progress of my division and Cherry Companies as a whole”, says Bridges, “Success is about loving what you do and taking pride in your craft”. With the large growth Cherry is experiencing in recent years, the company is excited to see Patrick step up and thrive in his new position.
Bridges is a native of Houston, growing up in the Third Ward and Southpark area. He graduated from Jesse H. Jones High School and then continued his education at Lee College. His career as a Journeyman Ironworker, granted him the opportunity to work on such jobs as NRG (Reliant) Stadium, George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, as well as other projects out of state. Saying he was sick of traveling and anxious to spend some much desired time with his family, Bridges found a local career at Cherry Cos. The company says in a press release, “It wasn’t long before his commitment to a hard work ethic took him on the fast track to the top.”
