Joe Rizzo, business development manager for Cherry, a Houston-based recycling and demolition contracting firm, has been elected to a two-year term on the board of directors for the Houston Contractors Association (HCA). There are 13 members on the HCA’s boards. Rizzo will start his term with the HCA’s board in January. HCA, with more than 400 members, represents civil construction companies in the greater Houston area.
