The Construction & Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA), Chicago, says it has expanded on its programming for C&D World 2023, which will feature educational sessions on what it calls "must-know trends, topics and networking." The event is March 14-15, taking place during ConExpo/Con/Agg 2023 which runs March 14-18.

During ConExpo-Con/Agg, the CDRA also will hold its annual meeting at the Paris Las Vegas resort.

The keynote speaker of C&D World 2023 will be three-time Wall Street Journal bestselling author Alex Goldfayn. During the show, he will share revenue growth tactics he says have helped individual salespeople and organizations "quickly and significantly" grow revenue. The keynote speech will be March 15 at 8 a.m.

C&D World also will host its annual fundraiser. This will be a chance for attendees to network with construction material recycling industry members from all over North America. This year the fundraiser will be March 15 from 6-8 p.m. at the Cabo Wabo in Planet Hollywood, next to the Paris Resort. All are welcome to this event that raises money for projects to further construction & demolition recycling.

The CDRA will recognize its awardees at C&D World 2023, presenting three awards at its ceremony, including the CDRA Recycler of the Year, the CDRA Best Practices in Safety Awards and the CDRA Member of the Year.

The association says the CDRA Recycler of the Year award recognizes an individual or company that exemplifies excellence in the C&D industry. The Best Practices in Safety Awards will celebrate companies that have achieved a high level of safety management and identify a level of safety performance that will help C&D operators manage their business as the Best Practices in Safety Company. The CDRA Member of the Year Award will be presented to the board or committee member who has served the association the most in the previous year.
