The CBI brand of Terex Corp., which manufactures horizontal grinders and industrial wood chippers, says its South Windsor, Connecticut-based existing dealer Powerscreen New England now will serve an expanded territory beyond the two states it had been serving.
CBI says the move strengthens its coverage and will allow it to increase its presence in the United States Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
“Initially appointed less than a year ago to cover Rhode Island and Connecticut, Powerscreen New England quickly demonstrated exceptional performance, customer support and dedication to the CBI product line,” Newton, New Hampshire-based CBI says.
The equipment makers says Powerscreen New England’s performance has now earned the dealership the right to serve customers in Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
“Powerscreen New England has hit the ground running since day one,” says Nate Fuller, general manager of CBI. “They’ve shown a true commitment to the CBI brand, providing expert local support and exceeding expectations in both sales and service. Their ability to drive growth, foster customer relationships and uphold CBI’s standards made it an easy decision to expand their territory.”
CBI says the expanded territory will enable Powerscreen New England to bring its “renowned expertise" in heavy-duty grinding, chipping and materials processing equipment” to customers in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions.
The shredding equipment maker credits Powerscreen New England with having a knowledgeable team, strategically located facilities and a focus on aftersales support.
“We’ve built a strong relationship with CBI and experienced great success in Rhode Island and Connecticut,” says Seamus Sheelan, president of Powerscreen New England. “We are excited to keep that momentum going as we expand into Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. I am confident that our experienced sales team will drive growth and continue to strengthen our collaboration with CBI in these new markets.”
