Carpet Recycling Entrepreneurs Wanted

The Carpet America Recovery Effort (CARE), Dalton, Ga., will be hosting its 10th Annual Entrepreneur Meeting Oct. 22-23, 2013, at the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Airport/Millennium Center in College Park, Ga.

CARE says among those who can benefit from attending the event are both veteran carpet recyclers and those considering starting a business that incorporates the reclamation of post-consumer carpet. “The Entrepreneur Meeting is tailored to address the needs of businesses collecting and processing post-consumer carpet,” says the group.

Returning “by popular demand” at the 2013 event, according to CARE, is the CARE Market Forum. At the forum, “Each attendee will have the opportunity to share with the group materials that they have for sale, the materials they are looking to buy, services available and services sought,” says CARE.

CARE says it also is seeking sponsors for the event. Sponsorship packages, for $1000, offer corporate logo placement on the CARE Entrepreneur Meeting website, corporate logo placement on the Entrepreneur Meeting Agenda and a corporate logo included in the Sponsor’s PowerPoint slide for the meeting.
