Description: The 3,400 square foot work area is in a large single-story masonry building on the US Army Soldier Systems Center, Kansas Street, Natick, MA. The building height is approximately 22 feet and has a flat roof. The project includes the demolition of l arge textile laboratory equipment, utility piping, ductwork & roof fans, asbestos containing material, electrical wiring & equipment, monorail & trolley, and miscellaneous items. The utility piping includes steam & condensate piping, hot & cold water piping, and compressed air piping. The utility piping is typically located at 18 to 20 feet above the finished floor.
