Description: Colchester Demolition Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies and materials to demolish, remove and dispose of all the buildings and yard debris at the Colchester site of the BLM's Meadwood Farms.    

This project is Small Business Set-Aside and the Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.    

Bid bonds are required and payment bonds are required for bids of $50,000 or more.    

In order to be considered for award of this contract, a contractor must be registered in www.ccr.gov.

The Solicitation will be available on or about 21 July 2004 in electronic format only.     At that time this project can be searched for by its Solicitation/Award Number ( NDB040050 ) at http://vsearch2.eps.gov/servlet/SearchServlet.
