Description: Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform full-depth pavement recycling, excavation and backfill, and installation of machine-placed bituminous concrete, together with incidental and related work as shown on the drawings for the East and West Cemetery at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical and Regional Office Center, Togus, Maine.
Work includes all excavation, backfill, and road construction.
All work shall be performed in strict accordance with plans and specification.
Completion Time: 25 days.
Work must be completed by May 26, 2004 so as to allow access for Memorial Day Ceremonies.
Construction Cost Range: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.

Bid opening will be held April 29, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. local time, in Bldg. 206, 2nd floor, Room 216 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical and Regional Office Center, Togus, Maine.
All bids must be submitted to Bldg. 206, 2nd floor, Room 201 where they will be time and date stamped prior to bid opening.

Description: The 482 FW Operational Contracting Office, Homestead Air Reserve Base (ARB), Dade County, Florida, is issuing a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, to demolish various buildings on Homestead ARB.
Structures’ slabs shall be cut flush with surrounding grounds.
All debris shall be disposed of off base in a licensed landfill. Contractor will comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards and environmental requirements set forth in the statement of work.
Contractor shall not cause, let, permit, suffer, or allow the emissions of unconfined particulate matter from any activity including vehicular movement, transportation of materials, construction, alteration, demolition or wrecking, or industrial related activities such as loading, unloading, storing, or handling without taking reasonable precautions to prevent such emissions.
Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number is FA6648-04-B-0003.
This acquisition will be issued as a 100% HubZone Certified Set-Aside.
The North American Industry Classification System is 238910, The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1795 and the small business size is $11.5 million annually.
A Firm Fixed Price Contract will be awarded. The projected date for availability of the solicitation package is on or about 27 April 2004.
