Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment for constructing the Sardis Lake Overlook Rehabilitation, including clearing, demolition, excavation, fill, granular fill, concrete sidewalk, concrete steps, concrete pavement with curbs, handrails, pavement markings, signs, precast concrete parking blocks, sodding, guardrail, providing as-built drawings, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Hardcopies will not be available.

Description: Demolition of Long House project includes demolishing a 5100 square foot wood frame building, including foundation, removal of two underground fuel oil tanks, installing a new 500 gallon underground fuel oil tank with monitoring and piping, replacing existing electrical distribution center and existing fire alarm system.

The estimated project cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars. The industry standard NAICS code is #235940 and the applicable size standard is $11.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form.
