C&D Debris Fetches High Price in N.C.

C&D debris from convention center construction project valued at $8,000.

Construction and demolition debris from Raleigh, N.C.’s convention center construction project has been valued at $8,000, according to a report from television station WRAL, Raleigh, N.C.

 

The demolition of four buildings to make room for the new convention center generated approximately 239 tons of debris, 83 percent of which was recycled, according to the report.
