Bunting Magnetics Co., Newton, Kansas, has added Jana Davis to the company as its new chief financial officer. In her position, Davis will be responsible for all the financial operations for both Bunting Magnetics and its wholly owned subsidiary Magnet Applications Group Ltd.
“Jana will strengthen our company in many ways,” says Robert Bunting, Bunting’s owner and CEO. “First, her financial acumen is ideal for us as we continue to grow and expand internationally. Second, she has a wide range of experience, from strategic planning to human resource and information technology management which will be instrumental for us in the next few years. Finally, she has the ability to identify and implement solutions which will help us operate more efficiently.”
In a Bunting Magnetics release, Davis says, “I am excited about joining Bunting. The strategic approach they take in planning the company’s direction is an area that caught my focus. I think that the industries that we serve and the products we offer are a perfect combination for sustained and aggressive growth over the next 10-20 years.”
