Budget Waste Inks Deal with Waste Hauler

Budget Waste Inc. announced that it has signed a definitive letter of intent with We Haul Waste Inc. In signing the deal Budget said the deal will provide both parties the opportunity to negotiate purchase terms and conditions with the best interests of both companies and all shareholders being priority. The purchase agreement is expected to be completed promptly

The addition of We Haul Waste Inc. will bring new, quality equipment to BWI and add several successful contracts to BWI. Brian Jovanovic, COO for BWI, states, "This acquisition is very complementary to the current operations BWI is developing. We Haul Waste Inc. is involved in the same waste hauling sectors as we are; the assets, and customer base are extremely similar and will blend quite naturally together. Overall we foresee a very smooth transition."
