Budget Waste Inc. has completed the acquisition of We Haul Waste Inc. This acquisition adds valuable market share to the construction, renovation and demolition sectors which BWI has targeted as having exceptional growth potential.
We Haul Waste Inc. operates a fleet of roll off trucks and containers in south and central Alberta. The equipment and technologies used by We Haul Waste Inc. are similar to that used by BWI currently, making the incorporation of assets into the current system straightforward.
