Budget Waste, Inc. has concluded negotiations to complete the acquisition of P.J.'s Waste and Recycling Services Ltd., which has a significant presence in the Calgary, Alberta area. P.J.’s has been operating for more than 18 years.
Dan Zembal, BWI's VP of Business Development, said, "This acquisition could not come at a more opportune time. We have been extremely active in developing and implementing recycling solutions for our customers. The type of equipment P.J.'s will bring to our existing fleet is ideally suited to our recycling strategy. We will be able to fully utilize P.J.'s as well as our existing equipment and offer our recycling clients improved services as well as add recycling solutions to existing projects. The overall routing and dispatch system we currently use will mesh perfectly with the system P.J.'s uses."
