Johnson City, Tennessee-based BrightRidge will demolish two buildings within its portfolio.
Structures at the Midway substation and the Phipps substation, both in Tennessee, will be demolished as the company says they have “no useful life remaining.” To prevent these buildings from becoming a potential hazard, BrightRidge says these structures will be demolished and the resulting debris removed from the site.
Demolition work on both sites began the morning of Jan. 21 and will continue until completion as weather permits.
