Bobcat Co.,
The S100 model replaces the Bobcat 553 skid steer model and is designed for customers in the rental, demolition, landscaping and construction markets. It has a width of 50 inches and allows operators to travel through backyard gates in residential areas, access the inside of buildings for interior demolition work and work between buildings and other tight quarters on construction sites. In addition to its 1,000-pound ROC, the S100 loader has a four-cylinder 33.5-hp diesel engine and a lift height of 8 feet, 6 inches for loading and dumping debris and materials. With an operating weight of only 4,110 pounds, contractors can easily transport the loader between jobs.
The S100 also has a roomy cab that provides easy exit and entry and has an adjustable cushion seat, in addition to ample head and leg room.
The machine also has a new instrument panel that places additional functions and diagnostic capabilities at the operator’s fingertips.
