Fort Wayne, Ind.-based BMG, a sales development, research and marketing firm focusing on the construction/infrastructure, mining/aggregate and environmental/recycling markets worldwide, has launched a new division, BMG Green. The company says the new division employs its expertise in helping clients identify, develop, promote and sell their green technologies, equipment and products to the right customers.
According to a press release issued by the company, BMG Green will keep pace with quickly developing opportunities and government and privately funded programs to help clients take advantage of green opportunities.
“We will assist them in developing and managing well-targeted strategic and highly integrated tactical plans and budgets. We will also help develop, drive and execute plan components by employing the right mix of our capabilities in strategic direction, research, sales development, channel management and communications, marketing and international expansion,” the release states.
BMG Green says it will focus its expertise in three specific market segments: commercial/residential building construction, infrastructure/general construction and material/waste processing.
The commercial/residential building construction segment works with architects, engineers, builders and contractors to specify and use clients’ products, equipment and technologies while tying them into numerous programs that include the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program and its local, regional and global equivalents.
The infrastructure/general construction segment works with government public works agencies and contractors to drive clients’ sales of viable energy-efficient and environmentally positive processes, equipment and products.
The material/waste processing segment works with management, engineering and operations personnel to promote clients’ environmentally positive and energy-efficient processing and equipment solutions.
