Biomass Is Topic of Venice Event

European symposium in late November looks at biomass and waste-to-energy industries.

“Venice 2006 – Biomass and Waste to Energy Symposium” is the title of event scheduled in Venice, Italy, from November 29 to December 1.

 

According to the show’s organizers, the program of the symposium will last three days and will include presentations by invited speakers that will include case studies within these industries. There will also be space for exhibitors.

 

Among the topics scheduled to be addressed are:

-            Waste characterization as potential energy source (urban waste, agricultural waste, exhausted oils, scrap tires etc.)

-            Thermal and biological waste to energy processes
