More than 1,000 attendees are expected for a conference entitled “Energy from Biomass and Waste,” which is being held Oct. 14-16 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh.
According to the show’s organizers, some 100 exhibitors will also be on hand for an event designed to “showcase the latest in sustainable energy production and safe waste handling.”
Event sponsors include the United States Department of Agriculture, Penn State University and the Pittsburgh Technology Council. The event has been organized by Freesen & Partner GmbH, a German company with a sales office in Pittsburgh.
