Bulk Handling Systems (BHS), Eugene, Ore., has named Ed Hurlburt parts and service manager. In this position, Hurlburt will head the company’s newly expanded priority support department, which is responsible for providing post-sales support, including parts, service, warranty, training and product documentation, to BHS customers worldwide.
“As MRFs (material recovery facilities) evolve in size and complexity, the need for equipment suppliers to be able to provide proactive support to their customers is critical,” Hurlburt says. “To answer this need, BHS has expanded its priority support department to provide quick and complete responses to our customers from emergency service to ongoing support to preventive maintenance.”
The division offers a full line of parts, service and training, according to BHS. Services include recommended spare parts, parts inventory reviews, predictive reports, expedited service, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and emergency service.
