A Baltimore contractor has been ordered to reduce the size of a pile of construction and demolition debris in a northwest neighborhood of the city, according to a report in the Baltimore Sun.
The debris is on land used by P&J Contracting, a firm owned by Pless B. Jones Sr. City officials have issued Jones three violation notices and given him 30 days to fix the problem, according to the report.
The citations follow complaints by residents that the pile of debris has been growing for more than a year.
