Material handling equipment made by European firms Atlas and Mantsinen now is available at Rudd Equipment Co. dealerships in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
The announcement was made by the Charlotte, North Carolina-based SMH Group, which is the exclusive distributor in North America for German-made Atlas and Finland-based Mantsinen material handling equipment.
“This strategic partnership enhances the distribution and service footprint of Atlas and Mantsinen material handlers across key markets,” SMH Group says.
Rudd Equipment with having more than 70 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, and SMH says Rudd has deep industry knowledge, a strong customer base and a reputation for excellence. The addition of Rudd will help both companies serve customers in the metals and materials recycling, ports, forestry and bulk handling sectors.
