Atlas Copco Announces Personnel Appointments

Company names regional sales managers.

Atlas Copco Construction Tools inc. has announced the appointments of Rich Elliott, Richie Rose and Tim Hesskew to new regional sales territories. The company has also hired Todd Francis as regional sales manager.

 

Elliott will serve as regional sales manager for hydraulic attachments. He will work with dealer salesmen to increase sales and awareness of Atlas Copco products in Ohio, Michigan, Western New York, Central and Western Pennsylvania and Northern Kentucky.

 

Elliott served as Atlas Copco’s Eastern region service manager for the last two years. Prior to joining the company, he was a regional service manager for Allied Construction Products.

 

Rose’s territory will include Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico. In his position, Rose will work to increase business across his territory with distributors and arrange meetings and equipment demonstrations for potential customers.

 

He spend eight years working for Atlas Copco in South Africa as a sales representative and as a national distribution manager for Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean region. Rose moved to the United States in 2001 and serviced as the company’s regional sales manager covering Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.

 

Hesskew will cover Texas and Oklahoma in his position as regional sales manager for hydraulic attachments. The company says he will work to grow the company’s customer base across the territory.

 

Hesskew has served as the internal sales/service coordinator and as a service center manager in Atlas Copco’s Texas service center since joining the company in 2003. He came to the company from a Komatsu Equipment dealer, where he worked as a field technician.

 

Francis will work to enhance the relationships Atlas Copco has with its network of equipment dealers and to establish connections with new dealers. His territory will include Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Western Kentucky and he will be responsible for sales of the entire Atlas Copco product line.

 

Francis spent two years as a factory representative in the Rammer division of Sandvik Mining and Construction prior to joining the company.
