Atlas Copco Construction Tools, headquartered in Stockholm, has acquired Lifton Bulgaria EEOD and Lifton Braker A/S, based in Rousse, Bulgaria, and in Aalborg, Denmark, respectively.
Lifton is a leading maker of hydraulic hand-held breakers, hydraulic power packs, cut-off saws, core drills, post drivers, water pumps and other equipment for the construction, demolition, utility, mining and rental industries.
Atlas Copco has integratged Lifton's products into its line, enabling the company to offer a full line of hand-held hydraulic tools.
