Astec Mobile Screens Earns National Recognition for Multi-Frequency Screen

Product selected by industry magazine as one of the “Top 25 Rollouts of 2011.”

Astec Mobile Screens recently earned national recognition for having one of the top products in the aggregate industry by Aggregates Manager magazine.

The magazine selected the multi-frequency screen as one of its “Top 25 Rollouts of 2011,” featured in a recent issue of the magazine. According to Astec Mobile Screens, the multi-frequency screen was selected because of its combination of conventional and high-frequency screens, which allows it to maintain the higher production rates of a PEP (parameter entry panel) screen at a lower angle, while handling higher moisture-content materials.

“To be selected for one of the top 25 Rollouts in 2011 by Aggregates Manager for the release of the multi-frequency screen is an honor for Astec Mobile Screens,” says Patrick Reaver, the company’s product manager. “We feel like we have a unique product to offer in the screening marketplace, and to be recognized by Aggregates Manager helps to solidify our positions.”

The award recognizes the risk and reward of introducing new products to aggregates professionals that ultimately help build and maintain North America’s infrastructure, according to Joe Donald, publisher of Aggregates Manager.

The multi-frequency screen is the fourth product to be recognized as one of the top 25 rollouts of the year.

Astec Mobile Screens is a branding partner with Kolberg-Pioneer Inc. and Johnson Crushers International Inc. Collectively, the three companies make up KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens, a single source solution for crushing, screening and material processing.
