Argus Media is hosting a series of online sessions focusing on the steel and ferrous metallics sectors on Thursday, March 18. The firm says the sessions will be free to attend for those who work primarily within those sectors.
The London-based company says the Thursday, March 18, series of presentations and roundtable discussions will include market overviews and coverage of sustainability in the Asian market, decarbonization policies and the scrap metal market. The sessions take place throughout the day, starting at 1:00 a.m. Eastern Time and running until late in the afternoon in that time zone.
Speakers and roundtable participants at the event include several Argus staff members, executives from steel producers GFG Alliance and JSW Group, Alberto Xodo of the London Metal Exchange (LME), and metals industry analyst Tamara Thorne of London-based financial data services firm Refinitiv.
