Applegate to Expand Wood Mulch Line

Michigan-based Applegate Insulation, manufacturer of cellulose insulation and wood fiber products since 1978, is preparing to enlarge and enhance their commercial mulch line, according to a news release from the company.

Dan Leahy, vice president for Applegate, confirms that “the company has recently developed a consistent supply of high quality wood mulch. The wood mulch source compliments our existing paper cellulose mulch business and provides customers with the full line of products they want from their manufacturer and distributor.”

Applegate plans to market and supply the mulch products beginning in 2007.
