Austria-based recycling equipment and technology provider Andritz will exhibit its range of technology, services and automation solutions for the water, wastewater and waste management industries at IFAT 2024 in Munich, Germany.
Showcases include Andritz Recycling solutions for a wide variety of different applications, with a focus on substitute and reject fuel processing, refrigerator recycling and textile recycling. Andritz Recycling also will exhibit two real-size rotors from its broad ADuro shredder portfolio.
Additional solutions to be showcased include:
- Andritz Underdrain system, a maintenance-free gravity filter that the company says guarantees a smooth filtration process. Andritz offers an independent containerized mobile filtration unit for fresh drinking water even in remote locations. Water intake screens made from stainless steel with replaceable screens that limit repair and maintenance costs complete the portfolio.
- Sewage dry pump, the latest in Andritz’s sewage series. Characterized by its modular design, the pump is highly resistant to clogging and interchangeable from the wastewater spiral to clear water spiral, according to the company.
- Efficient sludge thickening and dewatering solutions including screw presses, decanter centrifuges, filter presses, drum and gravity belt thickeners. New systems supported by artificial intelligence for automatic polymer dosage in real-time can help reduce overall operating costs by up to 40 percent, the company says.
- Proven paddle, belt, drum and fluid bed drying systems.
- Advanced automation and digitization solutions for new and existing plants to support operation transparency, reduce energy consumption by optimizing efficiency and maximizing profit.
- Service solutions ranging from customized plant upgrades and rental machinery to service level agreements, process optimization and training programs in order to reduce downtime, increase predictability in operations and enhance the overall efficiency of production operations sustainably.
IFAT runs May 13-17.
