Allmand Bros. Inc., a Holdrege, Neb.-based construction site equipment manufacturer, has promoted its third generation of leaders, announcing Brad Allmand as chief executive officer and Matt Allmand as president.
As the new CEO of the company, Brad Allmand is responsible for moving the company culture forward, continuing customer relationships and providing Allmand with new business development opportunities. Brad has worked for the company since 1985 at various positions, most recently as the vice president of market development.
In his new role as president, Matt Allmand oversees and directs the marketing, operations, technical support and accounting departments. Matt joined the company in 2005 as the operations support manager and has served as the vice president of operations since January 2008.

Roger Allmand remains chairman of the board for Allmand Bros., and Steve Allmand remains vice chairman of the board.
