AEM Elects New Officers

Porcaro joins Board of Directors, Simpkins named new vice chairman of construction.

The Association of Equipment Manufactures (AEM) has elected Michael J. Porocaro, president of James Informational Media in Des Planes, Ill., to serve on the AEM Board of Directors.

 

AEM has also appointed C. Mike Simpkins, president of Bomag Americas in Kewanee, Ill., to serve as the association’s vice chairman of construction.

 

Both Porcaro and Simpkins have been active AEM members. Simpkins, in addition to being an AEM director, also serves on several board-level committees; Porcaro serves on AEM’s Publications in Construction and Agriculture subgroup and ConExpo-Con/Agg 2005 promotion committee.
