The Association of Equipment Manufacturer’s (AEM) annual customer support seminar will be Oct. 1-4, 2006, at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains, Scottsdale, Ariz.
The annual event is geared to parts, service, training and warranty professionals in the off-road equipment and manufacturing industry.
Jack Sims, author of “Growing Small Businesses into Big Brands,” will deliver the keynote address at this year’s seminar. He will discuss how a passion for customer care influences the bottom line in both the short-term and long-term.
Also on the customer support seminar agenda:
- Pricing and profit improvement programs to better manage a customer’s cost-to-serve,
- Technology solutions to enhance customer support and the debate on how much information to provide online,
- “Lean” techniques to improve supply network management,
- Warranty program challenges and successes, and
- Global management of customer support.
