Action Vibratory Equipment, Newberg, Oregon, will host a “Vibratory Equipment Care and Maintenance” hands-on training course at its headquarters facility Oct. 24-25.
The equipment producer says the event has been designed to allow participants to learn the how and why behind equipment maintenance, with Action Vibratory Equipment’s chief engineer on hand to cover the fundamentals of vibratory equipment.
Additionally, participants will receive hands-on training from Action field support and shop crew personnel pertaining to essential maintenance tasks, tool usage and other tips to keep equipment in optimal operating condition.
Action says its curriculum has been designed for maintenance supervisors, crew and millwrights at facilities that deploy its equipment.
Also to be covered at the event are equipment inspection and troubleshooting best practices, understanding aspects of stroke plates and hands-on experience with drive, spring and rocker arm replacements.
Action Vibratory Equipment will host the two-day event at its facility in Newberg and it will provide breakfast and lunch on both days for the training, which runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Registration is $600 per person and the company encourages prospective attendees to email Action at pamm@actionconveyors.com and put “October Class” in the subject line.
