Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has announced that P. Bianca Domally has joined the association as chief financial officer.
“ABC is thrilled to welcome Bianca to the team,” said Michael Bellaman, ABC president and CEO. “In addition to her nearly 35 years of financial experience, Bianca brings with her strong credentials, leadership, integrity and communication abilities to lead this top-performing association, its chapters and its affiliated organizations in stewarding our finances and formulating budgets well.”
In this role as CFO, Domally will work alongside the association’s leadership to ensure ABC operates with “purpose, vitality and relevancy in financial services in a way that is valued by ABC members, chapters and the overall construction industry.”
According to ABC, the new CFO will be a transformational leader in designing and deploying the financial framework for chapters and be their primary contact regarding nonprofit tax, accounting and related issues.

Prior to her time with ABC, Domally held financial leadership roles at organizations including the National 4-H Council, American Petroleum Institute, American Chemistry Council, American Public Power Association and KPMG.
