Fort Worth, Texas-based 1 Priority Environmental Services and Denver-based Earth Services & Abatement (ESA) recently announced the addition of the North Little Rock, Arkansas-based Snyder Environmental & Construction to the newly formed EIS Holdings LLC.
Snyder is a provider of environmental abatement and remediation services throughout the South, particularly in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Tennessee. According to a release, all of Snyder’s management, operating personnel and teams will remain in place under the agreement.
1 Priority Environmental Services and ESA merged in January, and with the addition of Snyder, EIS Holdings is now a top three abatement firm in the country and a leading remediation and specialty infrastructure services firm encompassing over $70 million in revenue, 550 employees and 16 offices serving the South, South-Central, Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States.
“Snyder has a phenomenal reputation in the abatement industry, and they bring significant scale and geographic diversity to EIS,” Gary Caldwell, CEO of EIS Holdings, says. “[Snyder CEO] Joe Carter and [President] Justin Dixon have built a rock-solid company and we are looking forward to helping them continue to serve their clients. We are excited to have Joe and Justin on our team.”
“When 1 Priority and ESA merged in January, we set out to build the strongest national platform focused on environmental abatement and remediation services, with an emphasis on infrastructure. Snyder Environmental is the dominant player in the regions they serve and [the move] deeply strengthens our ability to serve a national customer base,” Kory Mitchell, co-president of ESA, says.
“Joining Gary Caldwell, [1 Priority COO] Rob Odom, Kory Mitchell and the impressive teams at both 1 Priority and ESA was my primary motivation for this deal,” Carter says. “Snyder’s safety- and quality-first mentality is a mindset shared by the 1 Priority and ESA organizations, and we are now able to bring that shared philosophy to a national scale. We see incredible growth in the EIS platform and are excited to help bring that together.”
